What we do
We are deliberately narrow. We do not build mobile apps, we do not run ad campaigns, and we do not resell products we have never deployed ourselves. What we do, we do every working day.

Why clients stay
Most contracts in our region route you into a national dispatch queue. Ironvale assigns every client a primary engineer and a documented secondary, both of whom have physically stood in your server room. When you call 909-292-2279, the person answering can already see your network map.
How engagements run
Nothing about this process is improvised. It is the same sequence we have used for every client since 2016, refined after each one.
A 90-minute on-site walkthrough. We inventory every device, test a real backup restore, and review your Microsoft 365 tenant. You receive a written risk register.
A one-page scope with a fixed monthly figure, a remediation list priced separately, and a plain-English service level table. No modular add-on maze.
The first 30 days are remediation: patching, backup repair, MFA enforcement, documentation. Most clients see ticket volume fall by half in month two.
Ongoing monitoring, monthly reporting, quarterly technology reviews with Kasey, and an annual budget forecast for hardware replacement.
Client feedback
“We had three practices on three different backup products and nobody could say if any of them worked. Ironvale consolidated everything and now sends us a restore test every quarter. That report alone is worth the fee.”
“Our dispatch floor cannot go down. In two years the longest outage we have had was 24 minutes, on a Saturday, and someone called us before we noticed it.”
“Our insurer sent a 60-question security form. Kasey filled it in with us over one afternoon and we got the renewal without a premium increase.”

From the desk
We publish short, practical pieces for local business owners. No vendor press releases.
Three of our clients renewed cyber policies this spring and all three carriers required enforced MFA on email and remote access. Here is the shortest path to compliance in a Microsoft 365 tenant.

Extended security updates buy time, not value. We looked at the real per-machine cost of holding old workstations across four client fleets.

Daisy-chained desk switches, unterminated runs, no labelling and a firewall in a cupboard. The four physical-layer problems behind most 'the internet is slow' complaints.

If we are not the right fit, you still walk away with a written inventory and risk register you can hand to any provider. That is how confident we are in the work.
